Terror in the Valley

When an open fissure in the gulf of Mexico begins to heat the gulf waters something must be done. The heated waters mean big dangerous hurricanes. With a line of storms headed their way the authorities have little time to work with. As the first Hurricane comes into the Rio Grande Valley everyone springs into action. Can they get everyone out and save enough lives?
