The Chieftain and the Shaman

The cavemen decided they needed some rules. At the first council meeting they appointed a Chieftain and a Shaman. But when the new ‘cop’ and ‘priest’ began to argue about everything under the moon, the cavewomen decided to hold their own council meeting.
