A Day In The Life

Police Captain Mike Russell has more than thieves, killers, and miscellaneous common criminals to worry about, he's got Pulses. Superpowered vigilantes, or worse, criminals, Pulses transformed society, but not for the better.

After two disastrous wars trying to control them, Capt. Russell finds himself standing on the brink of a possible Third Pulse.

In a tense standoff between the police and a drug-dealing gang involving Pulses, Russell must decide what side he stands on as the emergence of a new wave of Pulses, possibly more powerful than either of the first two, forces his hand in what could be the opening round of a new war that could prove more disastrous than the last two.
