The Well of Fortitude

Successful operation after successful operation has earned Major MacArthur a reputation for professionalism and an envied position in the near-future world of counterinsurgency warfare, and in the battle-ravaged streets of Chicago he once again pulls a rabbit out of his hat by producing an army where none existed before.
