Right Place, RIght Time

Author James Blake was born and raised in Columbus, Ga. From an early age he showed remarkable writing skills and was reading books by the first grade. His writing and speaking prowess won him the State Speech Writing contest in High School. Years later he would be chosen as the Soldier to represent the entire Base to give a Veterans Day speech at a local Community College. Those that know James can attest to the fact that he has a story for any situation. It was this mass storage of anecdotes that led him to put them to paper, and after 3 years to print. James is currently deployed to Afghanistan where his lovely wife Stephanie awaits for his return to thier home at Fort Carson, Colorado. His children Mackenzie 16 and Hunter 10 are his pride an joys along with thier family pet, an Australian Sheppard name Quincie. James is presently working on book number two that will be just as entertaining, funny and heart warming as this one. Those friends, family, co-workers and Military Brothers and Sisters that are not in the first book will appear in the next, so keep in touch.
