He has worked within virtually every sector of the economy and undertaken searches at the executive, senior functional, and middle management level. During this time, he has recruited over one thousand executives or senior managers and has undertaken face-to-face interviews with over ten thousand people. He has interviewed every personality type and has witnessed his fair share of elegant and abhorrent behaviour. He has served over seven hundred different clients, most of whom have been a privilege to work for, while others have been a challenge to work for, and a few have been decidedly difficult.
