Essence of Management by Value-Added (MBVA) with an impact of Value Adding Multiplier (VAM) in the all-India Manufacturing Sector with a specific focu

The author has studied the role of venture capital in the development of software enterprises in Calcutta in 1998-2001. He did his Ph.D in Commerce entitled ＂A Study of the Role of Venture Capital in the Development of Software Enterprises in Calcutta＂ from the University of Calcutta. The author has published a book on ＂Essence of Venture Capital for Software Entrepreneurs＂ for the development of Software Enterprises in Kolkata＂ ISBN 9781470057275 published in USA, Charleston, SC, 1 February 2012, which is available online amazon.com, google.com. The University of Calcutta awarded him Ph.D in Commerce on 26th November 2002. He did his Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jita Bhattacharyya, Professor in the Department of Commerce. Prof. Dr. Sudipti Banerjea, Professor in the Department of Commerce of the University of Calcutta inspired him to do research works on this subject because he had gone through some articles authored by Prof. Umasankar Saha that were published in renowned Journals in India before doing his Ph.D in Commerce. At present, the author has ignited his deep driving desire to reach his destiny by writing the thesis vis-à-vis a book on a subject of Management by value-added on an innovative outlook for submission to the University of Calcutta in order to obtain D.Litt. in the literature of Commerce and Management. The authority of his serving college has already issued him a no objection certificate to contribute for the development of subject. The author has a motto to achieve his goal within a stipulated period of time before his retirement from his teaching services.
