From What! No Cheese? to What Might Have Been: A collection of stories from different stages

Jenel J Fabien is from the island of Dominica. Reading and writing have been integral aspects of her growing up. Insightful and imaginative, Jenel has been able to create a story about the simplest of subjects. As a child she naturally writes from a child’s perspective. Nonetheless her stories reflect a level of maturity which belies her age and her messages are powerful and perceptive. Jenel’s writing is not limited to the Short Story. She engages in essay and poetry writing as well as articles on different subjects. She has won numerous writing competitions both in her country and beyond. Jenel has also coauthored with her sister, the collection, Lighter Days and Brighter moments - Poems for young readers.
