Born and educated in Zimbabwe, we were exposed to many different types of dishes. I love experimenting with different foods, but also I like to get it done in not too long a time. This Cookery Book that I’ve written shows mostly quick ’n easy recipes, where most people would have most ingredients already in their larder. I’m married to a man who enjoys all these meals, I have two little dogs, and we own a post office in the East of England. I enjoy music, gardening, cooking (and eating it), and life in general.
