SYNOPSIS: Killer Smile is a murder mystery that takes place in a dental office set in King of Prussia, PA. The main character is Darion Leggler. A dental assistant who is witness to the death of Anthony Catta, the mafia boss of Philadelphia. Anthony dies suddenly in the dental chair during a surgical procedure. His death mimics a heart attack and is believed to be the cause. Considering his stature and type of business, a full fledged investigation is warranted. Officer Jack Mare of the Upper Merion Police Department verifies natural causes were not the culprit. Darion is followed by a strange bald man. Repeated encounters no longer justify a coincidence. Darion turns to Jack for the help she needs. Suspicions veer towards her friend and co-worker, Tara Caldwell. Unexplainable changes in her behavior gnaw at Darion. When she and Jack probe into Tara's past they are faced with more questions than answers. With more than her name to hide, Tara borders on the edge of reason. Anthony's son Vinny is hell-bent on taking the reins of the family business and will stop at nothing to obtain what he feels he deserves.
