President Mathir Li had always been somewhat strange: His radical past and cold, aloof First Lady would attest to that. But upon his reelection and meeting with an old mentor, the President's already embattled political agenda goes from deviously practical to (seemingly) nonsensical.
In the midst of this scheming however, his wife Tabitha, usually the more down-to-earth of the couple, seems to have her mind elsewhere.

After a horrific school massacre, a young man named Seth Casey finds himself in the crosshairs of the President's shadowy agency known as the Security Committee and imprisoned in a remote location.
