Becca Wise is a dynamic educator specializing in Research and Leadership Studies for three universities in Iowa, focusing on teaching adult learners. Her professional background is in adult learning and organizational performance, with experience in sales leadership, training, employee development, recruiting, and organizational development. Becca earned a Bachelor of Business degree from William Penn University and a Master of Science degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance from Drake University, with concentrations in Leadership and Training and Development. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies (estimated graduation 2014). Becca’s current research interests include needs-based leadership, and employee motivation as it relates to adult learners.
