Kristine Melby Johnson is a late bloomer in the writing field. Although she has been writing all her life, this is her first published book. The eldest daughter of a career military father, Johnson has drawn from her many years traveling with her family. She currently is married with four grown sons and three grandchildren. Besides writing, Johnson loves to portrait paint with oils, make jewelry, as well as other crafts to keep her mind and body busy.
