This auto-biography of an American girl growing up in the sixties/seventies details a quest for truth and destiny which took her to the depths of deception and ultimately, captivity. The author, Leigh Larkin, has traveled and lived in the United States, The Carribean Islands, Venezuela, The Philippines, and Japan with the ＂Children of God/Family of Love＂ cult. She has a daughter who was greatly helped during five years of working towards recovery from a pre-birth/post-birth brain injury through the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential in Philadelphia. Both Leigh and her daughter continue to experience phenomenal on-going healing in multiple realms of the body, the mind, and the spirit, and live with undaunted conviction that the BEST is most definitely, YET TO COME!
