Katherine Powell McCafferty has been writing since she was seven! She is the author of the Spy TEC trilogy and is excited to have her first murder novel published! Katherine lives with her siblings, Amber, Austin, and Lauren, and her parents, Leo and Jeannette, in Bel Air, Maryland. She has a white German Shepard dog named Belle. Katherine LOVES her cousins, Alexis and Kayla Ballve, and is so happy that she was able to work on Murder in the Woods with them!
