S. M. Hogue native Dallas Texan currently resides in Princeton, Missouri the birthplace of frontierswoman Martha Jane ＂Calamity Jane＂ Cannary Burke. Living thirteen miles from the Iowa border and writing in an old 1915 red brick church, streaming colored light through nine 14ft stained glass windows naturally inspires. The quaint small town community nestled within luscious hillsides smack in the middle of America where sky is still blue and stars shine bright in the night decided the launch of a long awaited writing adventure.
