She is a Doctor of Naturopathy, Reiki Master Teacher and a certified Yoga Teacher with over thirty years of experience. She has taught Reiki Certification, Yoga/Meditation and Journaling Classes for many years at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood/Colorado. She also teaches private classes at her studio in Bailey where she sees personal clients as well.
