Beside Myself is an authentic, revealing memoir about alcohol, substance and emotional abuse, sexual molestation, sociopathology, narcissism, and suicide. It's a true story of the survival of a woman who endured it all and is recovering from the experience. It's a compelling narrative that addresses a deeply difficult and personal topic.

Pamela Fender received an English degree at Sonoma State College. She is a member of the Redwood Writers Association, a branch of the California Writer’s Club. Born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California, she currently lives in Sonoma County, California with her husband Jack, two Havanese dogs and their senior tabby cat. Beside Myself is her first book.
