I Have Seen Your Tears: A Young Man’’s Journey to Suicide

A true story taken from my son's journals which he kept from junior high through a stint in the Army as an infantryman until his death at age 23. I have edited his story from an original manuscript down to 250 pages. This book will provide help for any person contemplating taking his/her own life. Danny wrote the text for this book in journal form over a ten-year period of time. His father, Lamar Dodson, edited the journal entries and submitted the book for publication. Lamar Dodson is a retired educator who served as an elementary school teacher, principal, superintendent, and associate professor of education at Chapman University in a career spanning forty-seven years. Mr. Dodson graduated from Baylor University and from the University of California, Stanislaus with an master’s degree in administration. He is currently serving as a lay counselor and mentor at Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Texas.
