Fractured Soul

A string of murders ran rampant in the dark streets of Philodendron. Each crime scene bore the signatures of two different killers, one seemingly done at random and the other driven by a deep obsession with the Bible, complicating his motives and leaving the police blind and baffled. A cop that was recently transferred from Washington was drawn to a high-profile murder instigated by politics. His investigation spirals into a web of intricate murders linked by a methodology getting bolder than the last. With leads going to a dead end, he must race against time to decipher what the killer is trying to convey through the biblical verse and play a deadly game of charade from a man with a fractured soul.
