Martin (Marty) Lattman is an experienced corporate executive, management consultant, and leadership educator. He served as President/CEO of two high-tech companies, culminating a business career that included positions as VP of Marketing, VP of Strategic Alliances, and VP of Indirect Channels among others. For the last eight years, Marty has focused on management consulting as well as teaching at the graduate school and professional development levels. His consulting practice has involved work with more than forty different clients, many of which were non-profit organizations of various sizes and types. This work has included strategic planning, organizational effectiveness studies, and advisory services to CEO’s and Executive Directors. For seven years, Marty was a member of the professional faculty at the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University, where he taught numerous courses in marketing and strategy for the MBA program. Since 2006, Marty has served as a faculty member of the American Management Association. He has taught more than one hundred seminars on topics such as strategic planning, strategy execution, strategic agility, high impact decision-making, leadership development, advanced executive leadership, and other related subjects. Marty holds a BA from The College of Wooster and an MBA from Cornell University.
