The Mermaid Story: Epyphany

Sev is a multimedia artist living and creating on the border of the New Hampshire and Maine seacoast. He has been a full time singer/songwriter/guitarist, for most of his adult life. Sev is also an accomplished sculptor who has recently focused his energy on 3D digital design, animation and motion graphics. The Mermaid Story has been a pet project of his for over a decade. In 2011 he decided to put it at the top of his list. ＂There has always been some level of narrative in my work, in the form of a song, a short animation or even within the frozen moment of an engaging sculptural pose. The Mermaid Story is a welcome opportunity to relax and take the time to develop a story, to sing in the varied voices of my characters and to imagine and design entire landscapes.
