He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has held faculty positions in urban planning at The University of Iowa and at Bryn Mawr College. He has a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Pennsylvania and is the author of a book, Highways of Holiness: Preparing the Way for the Lord.
