Howard Levinson is a twenty-five-year law enforcement veteran with assignments including Homicide, Federal Organized Crime, Undercover Narcotics, and Anti-Terrorism task forces. He is a member of a Federal Disaster Medical Response Team and has responded to nearly every national disaster since 9/11. Howard is a former medic, chiropractor, and serves as the clinical director of health care fraud investigations for an inter- national health insurance company. He is frequent lecturer at police academies, for the National Healthcare Anti-Fraud Association, and the International Association of Special Investigation Units. He has published a number of technical articles in professional law enforcement and health care trade journals.
