A New Beginning

Who is Troy Davis? I am a Singer, Musician, Screenplay Writer, and Novelist from the Cleveland, Ohio area. I have spent most of my life performing in the Cleveland/Chicago area with numerous bands. I have had a very successful career, which has brought me many experiences and adventures. What else inspires me? One day while working, I ran across a skunk that had a can on it’s head. I pulled over to the side of the road and got out of the truck. After speaking with this lady about it, I decided that I couldn’t just walk away from it. I quietly walked over to the skunk, positioned myself in front of it, and then bent down. I reminded the skunk that I was a friend and that I was there to help it out. After saying this, I gently put my hand on it’s back, while pulling the can as lightly as possible. After a couple of tries, the can came off it’s head. The skunk and I both looked at each other, and I said, ＂We’re good right?＂ While saying this this I slowly lifted myself up and repeated what I had just said. The skunk and I both turned and went our ways with no incidence. Life inspires me. The one thing that drives me, is the need to create. I believe that I can use my talents and abilities to create a better world for others, and so the creations will continue for a long time to come.
