Susan Thatcher was born in New Hampshire and grew up in Vermont, graduating from the University of Vermont, writing occasional essays for the Vermont Cynic, UVM’s campus newspaper (not all of which were published. Such is life). She later earned a Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center. She lives in California (New England is beautiful. Winter, not so much), loves her Red Sox (for better and for worse), Bruins, Patriots and Celtics.
