The Priestess and the Ravenknight

A mysterious deity takes over the dark elven city of Espion bringing mass executions and unholy sacrifices. In the face of the new god's reign of terror, rebels still loyal to Goddess Astria, remain in the once peaceful medieval city, determined to help those captured by or hiding from the usurper's Host of Wrath. Serving in Espion's army, Ravenknight Krymson Larolin is torn between his sworn duty and the seemingly absent goddess, until he finds himself protecting and falling in love with High Priestess Azurene - a highly revered follower of the new god.

E. V. Medina is a medieval fantasy writer, blogger, graphic designer and illustrator. She is also an Internet content writer known as Leafygreens, and her articles, reviews, short stories and poetry have been published online at Associated Content, Bukisa, MyLot and Triond. She served in the US Navy for twelve years where she began writing, photographing and drawing about her travels. When she finished her military service, she graduated from Southwestern College San Diego with an AA in Computer Graphics and Design. She lives with her husband in Arizona and is a member of the Lake Havasu City Writers Group. She served as their vice-chairperson for two years and still participates in local events.
