West: Journey Across the Plains

David S. Larson is the author of WEST: Journey Across the Plains and MAYDAY! A Collection of Short Stories. He is currently working on four sequels to WEST, following the lives of the remaining Jennings family as they continue their journeys. He adapted best-selling author Brenda Jackson’s novel A Silken Thread into a feature screenplay which the Weinstein Group is planning to put into film production. He also has adapted Michael Gibbs’ unpublished novella Savage Reprisal into a screenplay. And he has completed the first of two books (a biography) on The Last Jewish Gangster, which his literary agent is actively looking for a publisher. Additionally, he is writing a memoir of his teen years growing up in a family of holy rollers. He resides in San Diego, California.
