No Normal Day III (West) Fifteen years after the event that altered America and the world, some of the citizens of Unity felt compelled to venture out from the small and secure haven, where they had lived all these years. They wanted to know... what was really out there in the world beyond their limited perimeters? The inhabitants of Unity had made alliances, they had been victorious in a hard fought battle to keep their boundaries safe. The struggles had created a self sufficient small city that was somewhat insulated from the outside world. That environment beyond their home, would be unknown territory. One thing that the four adventurers were certain would be out there was danger. The small group was willing to take the risk to explore the possibility of a new life. Would the journey west take them to new horizons or would they be lost in a hostile and perilous America?No Normal Day IV (Travelers) It was fifteen years after a catastrophic event had impacted America and the world. Jeff and his young son, Kevin, were travelers in the often not hospitable landscape of the country. The two nomads had a chance encounter with four adventurers from Texas. While the travelers from the safe haven of Unity would soon reach their destination and end their journey, the father and son would continue on in other directions. Their challenges lurked in the unknown territories that awaited them. The brief encounters they made with other survivors in the After world, were usually the first and last. Would they ever see the Texas folks again? There would certainly be other meetings in their wanderings, such as Emily, a young woman all alone and fighting to stay alive. In this America that was far from restored, the good, the evil and everything in between existed. Jeff was determined to keep his son safe and convinced that to stay on the move was the right choice. Would the dangerous roads ahead change his mind and send him in search of a safe haven, a new home?
