I was born in 1957 of Welsh parents and grew up in rural Wiltshire in England, but in early 2014, moved to Herefordshire, near the town of books, Hay-on-Wye. I have two lovely daughters and an exceptionally gorgeous grand-daughter. My working career - real work, that is - has seen me battle for many years with computers as an IT specialist and system designer, before moving on to become a professional musician - did I say ’real work’? This was followed by a rewarding period as a school bus escort for special needs children. I then made a reluctant return to the nine to five world as a consultant and office manager in a recruitment agency. Despite all this, writing has always been my passion and I like nothing more than to be left alone with a pencil, a notebook and a cup of coffee. I have two books available on Kindle: ’Smallbrook’ my first novel, is set in rural England during the First World War, and has received good reviews from readers. My second book is a more contemporary thriller called ’Greenhill, ’ which I hope people will also enjoy. I also have more ideas and projects that I’m working on.
