Jill L Hicks was born and raised in West Chester, PA, and currently resides in Unionville, PA, with her husband, Bill. She draws on her personal experiences and the stories of others to express the joys and sorrows of life and love. Jill is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Music Education. In her spare time she loves to read, travel, play piano, ride her bike, sail, and spend quality beach time with her husband, family, and friends.
