Shushu’’s Families

This is the second offering from Anat Georgy, an Israeli journalist and single mother to a 4-year-old Eli. Her debut book from 2011 charmingly describes the process of bringing a sperm bank baby into the world as a quest for the eponymous Little Treasure. The book was published in Hebrew and English, to a warm response from children and mothers. The drawings for both books are by the illustrator Shahar Leibovich, a graduate of Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and the mother of 2-year-old Tahel.
