As a native Californian I have enjoyed all the good that California stands for, the beautiful weather, the cool hangout spots and going to the drive-in theaters with my family. We shared some good times. But what really took up my time was writing. I’d wake up in the mornings on my way to school writing whatever came to me. I would go to bed doing the same. It didn’t matter where I was or what I would have been doing as long as I had a pencil and paper available to write down my thoughts and ideas. I could go at it for hours at a time and most of the time I did. That hasn’t changed. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and I have always aspired to be a writer. I went to school in the valley. There were many a day that I sat on that school bus writing stories about my schoolmates or just people and places in general. Thus far, my released titles include, Kisses Don’t Lie, Just another Lonely Knight, Give me Forever, A Ready-Made Family, Come share my Love, Where do we go From Here, Saving all my Love and recently released A Husband for Racielle. You can also find my cookbook, It’s Hard Losing Weight When You’re A Baptist, inspired by my pastor, Anthony K. Spottsville. I promise it’s a treat. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking for special occasions, baking, dancing and singing. I also love my beautiful and supporting family. They, along with the rest of my support team, my readers make this journey pleasing and most enjoyable. I look forward to giving you more of what I love to do. Up next: Writing a script for one or more of my already published novels. It’s in the works so stay tuned. As always...Happy Reading. Carrie L. Macon
