Florence Ann Pullen grew up from the time she was two years old on a lovely mountain, Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, within the Great Smoky Mountains, a part of the larger Appalachian Mountain chain extending northward to Canada. She attended a girls’ private high school in Chattanooga, in the valley beneath the mountain, and a branch of the University of Tennessee there. She continued to live and work in the Chattanooga city limits, living on Lookout Mountain for years, writing many private texts for her own enjoyment and edification. However, this booklet or novella is the first she has attempted to publish. She says she primarily wishes to bring a higher sense in well being for all the branches of our lives in sharing in its artistic lift.
