A young man named Paul Garrett can do that. He used this power to help others, but discovered that his gift came at a great cost. A man in the future named Travis traveled into the past to make Paul’s world become travesty of time. The only way to undo the crimes that Travis committed is for Paul to expand his power over time and not just stop it, but reverse it.
