William Peskett was educated in Belfast and at Cambridge University, where he read natural sciences. He has worked in teaching, journalism, marketing, design management and corporate relations. He now lives and writes in Pattaya, Thailand. Peskett has published two volumes of poems, The Nightowl’s Dissection and Survivors, the first of which won an Eric Gregory Award. These were followed by novels, collections of short stories, verse, this radio comedy and volumes of essays about ex-pat life in his adopted country.
