ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dr. Robert E. Harris, Jr., J.D. was born October 19, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan where he attended Cooley High School. He obtained a Bachelor’s in business at Dallas Baptist University. He graduated from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law in with his Juris Doctorate. He was an Honor Graduate in the U.S. Air Force Reserves where he served six years. He has worked as an attorney at law since 1993, while writing part-time and teaching.
