Tennielle LeGree was born in Washington, DC, moved to New York, and finally made a home in California with her adopted family. Since the age of 3, Tennielle has struggled with many issues that would benefit her life today. At the age of 17, Tennielle moved on to challenge the street life only to find out that the truth lays within and not in the hands of others. At the age of 24, Tennielle was sentenced to 8 years in the state penitenary where she served 7 years. During this time she was introduced to reality, and was given the opportunity to change her negatives into positives. Today, Tennielle has earned several certifications in the field of Addictions Counseling focusing on the Cognitive Behavioral perspective. Tennielle has also obtained an Associates and Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. As Tennielle continues to work on her Masters of Social Work, she recognizes the need to encourage others and share with others the motivation for change.
