ABOUT THE AUTHOR Michelle Mills is a pen name for purposes of this book. She utilizes Psycho-Spiritual therapies and disciplines to align Spirit and Soul. Soul encompasses Mind, Body and Psyche. When Soul is misaligned with Spirit disharmony is evident. The Mind receives deception. The Body experiences dis-ease. The Psyche is in a state of confusion. The author received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Psychology. She trained at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California and participated in numerous personal growth workshops throughout the years. Her position as Staff Psychologist at various facilities of the State Department of Mental Health directed her path to include spiritual healing for holistic benefits. During her career, she was Assistant Facilitator, Counselor and Workshop Leader for the Unity of Truth Center in Texas. Her extensive experience with psychological issues, addictions, wounded spirits, and the soul’s misalignment offers varied therapeutic modalities to assist people on their personal life journey. She is not a certified psychologist or psychotherapist practicing traditional psychotherapy any longer as in the past. Michelle’s practice was established to promote personal and spiritual awareness. As a Licensed Spiritual Teacher, she seeks to facilitate alignment with Spirit to restore balance, harmony and peace for the ultimate living experience. She serves as a spiritual guide, intuitive consultant and energy worker to promote wholeness in the soul through the integration of Mind, Body and Psyche.
