The Soul of Belly Dance in Color: History and Culture

Mezdulene is a master teacher and is passionate about Middle Eastern Dance. She teaches from the heart and soul going beyond technique to the core of the dance and helping students express their own individual essence. She loves watching her students blossom, gaining not only a new skill but also self-confidence, poise and pride in their own femininity. For over 30 years, Mezdulene has educated the belly dance community as well as the general public, raising awareness by teaching classes and seminars as well as sponsoring Belly Dancer USA and Mezdulene’s Belly Dance Retreat. She currently owns Mystical Oasis Dance Studio and is the director of the Mystical Oasis Dance Co. Mezdulene is also the author of ＂Dances With Veils, A Journey to the Divine Feminine＂ and the owner of Jareeda publishing company, a on-going source of belly dance books.
