Ravi Kashyap advises investment firms on multi-factor alpha generation models and transaction cost analysis methodologies. Having worked as a Quantitative Strategist at various financial service firms in New York, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, he moved to Hong Kong to be part of the Asian growth story. He is the founder of Gain Knowledge Group, a forum dedicated to nurture small and medium enterprises.

He holds an undergraduate degree from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University. He is a research affiliate of the City University of Hong Kong.
