Unintended Consequences: Florida Fraud

The 2nd Jordan "Lucky" Chance adventure. Fraud, romance and murder in the gold coast of Clearwater, Florida finds "Lucky" working a case unlike any he has ever taken on. It takes twists and turns that has him regret that he ever took this case in the first place. Then doing what was a small favor for a client results in unintended consequences that are surprising, dangerous and financially rewarding.

As a CIC Special Agent in USAINTC doing background checks for security clearances for the military qualified him for a private investigators license in Florida where he started his PI Agency. Today that agency called Worldwide Research Services Corporation is recognized as one of the premier locators of lost, missing or unknown heirs. He is also a Surplus Trustee who Florida counties assign the task to locate the owners of foreclosed properties whose foreclosed properties have excess funds owed to them after foreclosure has been completed. He is currently attempting to create a similar ＂Surplus＂ program in Georgia to assist in returning the ＂excess funds＂ resulting from each of the counties＂ tax deed sales.
