ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Lisa D. Hammond truly enjoys learning, acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of the District of Columbia. While at Howard, she was involved in bible studies with the Navigators Christian Ministries and the Howard Gospel Choir. She has also enjoyed previous experience as Promotions Assistant at Heaven 1580am and Office Assistant and Background Singer for Face to Face, Inc. /Fred Hammond Music. She has been blessed to have traveled, sharing her musical gift and her love for God. Currently Lisa is Administrative Support for Hammond Booking, CEO Dave Hammond and student educational support for Prince William County Schools. Lisa is dedicated and extremely passionate about empowering young women and children. She uses a fusion of music, acting, and art to teach and help those in need.
