Mike Byrne began his career as a designer for a greeting card company. He went on to manage the studio of a stationery design firm before leaving to fulfill his dream of becoming a children’s book illustrator. Mike has always been inspired by the magical worlds created by his favorite authors, and he aspires to write joyous, heartfelt stories for future generations of children. Mike lives in Surrey, England, with his wife and two sons. He spends most of his time doodling and illustrating children’s books, fueled only by tea and biscuits.
