I grew up as a ＂military brat＂, living all over the United States and in Europe. The whole time I was growing up, I wanted to be a nurse. I have worked as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, taught in a Vocational Nursing School, and I spent a short time as a prison nurse at the Women’s Correctional Facility. I have worked in OB, Pediatrics, NICU, Dialysis and Geriatrics. I write medical thrillers and mysteries often using actual experiences in my novels, which is especially true in Rebirth and Behind Prison Bars.
