Redemption

Kajiya's been destined to lead her tribe since birth, and she can hardly wait. There's just one little problem. She's a girl.Still recovering from her latest encounter with the spiedes, Kajiya and her friends set out for Royalin to warn the Grand Assembly about Turten's plot. Their travels are anything but uneventful as they encounter the Palinda tribe, a stranger who is far more than he seems, and a presence that none of them can explain-or deny. All the while, whispers of a rebellion rise from beneath the surface of Mysterium. But Kajiya carries forward regardless, determined to put an end to Turten's deceptions, and save her people, once and for all.

Laura Thornton is an avid teenage writer who enjoys role-playing in her spare time, or playing with her two cats, Anabell and Amber. She grew up in beautiful British Columbia, where she attended high school, and met many of her inspirations. She has completed her second year of university towards a degree in Creative Writing, one which she hopes to complete in the next year or two. She first wrote her first book when she was twelve; it had a total of fifty pages, and a lot of errors. Nevertheless, it hooked her onto writing, and she hasn’t looked back. She has developed an immense love for role-playing, and has even created her own role-playing site. She enjoys it as it is not only recreational, but good practice for her writing skills. When she’s not role-playing or writing, she’s often drawing or watching anime to help her practice her Japanese skills. Often she can also be found studying the Bible and its teachings, for she places her faith in God, and wants to know Him better each day.
