Stories of the Scarlet Skye: The Dream Star Quest

Aurora Cannon is a children’s cartoon addict, and a mother. Her favorite pastime is watching cartoons with her kids, anime with her friends, and Disney movies like Tron, Alice, and Maleficent with her family. She prefers to watch or read a clever plot with a touch of humor, and writes likewise. (Claiming it’s for self-entertainment.) In her spare time, she dabbles in art and crafting. When her favorite Saturday morning cartoon was canceled, and turned into a comic book instead, that was the start of a world building storm that ran amuck through her entire childhood, lead to a delusional major in biology (where her favorite class was English, ironically), and finally wound up with her writing what she wanted to read. Her favorite medium is still video games, and she would love to one day write a 16 bit platform-er or RPG. Her favorite genre to read is fantasy, (obviously, ) but within that she’ll read anything from mystery, to slice-of-life, to high adventure. Most of her favorite authors have books in the children’s section of the bookstore, but she doesn’t mind. Those books tend to adhere to a PG or PG-13 rating, even though they’re just as well written as what’s over in the sci-fi area, and Aurora applauds those writers for creating what was not available when she was small
