A First for Ivy Pritchard

Ivy has been alone forever. And she expects to remain that way. Yes, she has friends and a successful business, and she has a devoted group of birders to join her as she explores northern Vermont. She has finally stopped fretting about her solitary life. And then there’s Hugh. The surly newcomer who begins showing up for her monthly bird walks. A bitter man whose one experience of love has left him with physical and emotional scars. There is nothing in his face or his words to suggest to Ivy that he could ever show warmth or passion.
