HEATHER STEVENS As a pastor’s kid from small-town Granger, IN, Heather Stevens grew up behind-the-scenes of the local church. However, while her love of writing started early, her passion for the Church didn’t develop until her late teen years. In college she interned for several different churches, including Granger Community Church and Cross Point Church. In 2013, when all the ＂20-somethings-areleaving-the-church＂ hype started, she realized she could do something about it. Everyone writing about the topic was 30 and older, and while most of them were well-respected leaders in the Church, she had something none of them had: the mindset of a 20-something. Heather graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and currently resides in Nashville, TN, where she enjoys running, writing, and painting in her free time.
