Gerald Ratigan a CMA, CPA (Texas) and SVP Finance, Chief Accounting Officer at MoneyOnMobile, Inc.-a global payments company publicly traded in the U.S. with operations in India. While working for numerous Blue Chip Global Organizations across the world, he has acquired significant leadership experience in external audit, internal audit, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, corporate finance and IT system implementations. He has led the Accounting and Financial Reporting departments at three different public companies. Currently, he holds leadership positions in local and regional levels within the Institute of Management Accountants and is a member of its Speaker’s Bureau and Campus Influencer Program. He founded the South Florida Professional Chapter and University of Miami student chapter. In 2013, he was IMA’s Young Professional of the Year. He is an international award winning public speaker and Finance Manager for Toastmasters District 50 in Dallas, Texas. He has held numerous chapter and area leadership positions. As a chapter president he led his team to #11 in the world of over 14,000 chapter in education awards earned. He also serves as an Executive Advisor to the Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Controls Professional Group. He has delivered numerous SOX, Corporate Governance and Ethical Leadership presentations to all levels of management including Board of Directors and at the IMA’s National Conference.
